Multicultural director Nelson Cabrera is a 10-time Cannes Lion Winner with 24 Shortlists in 18 years. The rest of his line-up includes numerous heavy metals at LIA, Clio’s, ANDYs, and NYFF, a well as 2 Emmy Awards. The large majority of his work is US based, but also shoots for clients in London, China, Thailand, Mexico, and Australia. Nelson is creative as he is humble and yes, funny.

Nelson is well known for casting and the ability to find the right “groove” on set with actors. Nelson is fluent in English and Spanish as well as being an accomplished nature photographer and landscape artist. He holds residency at Studio18 Gallery in South Florida and is presently working on a photo essay of the American Buckaroo.
