Jake Sumner is the award winning director of acclaimed documentaries Fantastic Man: Who is William Onyeabor? (in partnership with VICE, 2015) Channel 4’s I Was There When House Took Over The World (2017) and Bob of the Park, Jury Prize winning short at DOC NYC 2019. Through exploring the worlds of sports, music, and fashion, Jake has directed films and commercial content for a variety of luxury and lifestyle brands including Nike, Google, Mastercard, Dos Equis, Tiffany and Co and Carhartt. Other films include a collaboration with Pharrell Williams for his global ocean initiative Parley For the Oceans and frequent collaborations with multi-disciplinary artist KAWS on film and video projects. Jake has directed music videos for Bruno Mars and Damien Marley  and is currently developing a feature documentary 'The Last Promoter: The Ron Delsener Story' on legendary New York City concert promoter Ron Delsener.
