Senior Producer Content Studio

Allday is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all content production (photo + video) from ideation to completion across designated clients. Project dependent, you will be either overseeing freelance line producers or self-producing smaller initiatives.
This is a leadership role within the Content Studio of Alldayeveryday. You are the department thought-leader, responsible for maintaining a cutting edge understanding of best practices, new technologies and talent, as well as setting up and continuously optimizing internal process.
This is a client-facing role, meaning that you will be called upon as authority with clients to present work and provide expertise and guidance. This is also an integrated role, meaning you will be expected to collaborate with art directors, writers, strategists and account directors on content ideas to bring to life.

Finally, in addition to freelancer producers, you will oversee a junior producer, manage our Studio freelancer database, and be responsible for building a department over time.

  • Collaborate with the integrated team on content ideas

  • Develop the lead idea into full “proof of concept”, ready to execute

  • Develop and prepare production specification plans and bids

  • Source and negotiate talent (photographers, directors, freelancers) when necessary

  • Bid and negotiate contracts that most efficiently utilize resources

  • Lead the shoot production, or oversee a freelancer producer

  • Oversee editing and post production where necessary

  • Oversee retouching, proof reviews as needed

  • Work with account director and client to coordinate reviews and approvals

  • Collaborate with account director to ensure projects remain on time and on budget

  • Collaborate with account director in the creation of client presentations when necessary

  • Help ideate and execute on the distribution plan (e.g. influencers, partnerships) as needed



  • 7+ years relevant experience with some knowledge/experience of art buying

  • Proven ability to lead a production team with limited time and budget constraints

  • Advertising agency experience, with an understanding of the processes that entails

  • Deep experience in project planning, talent search, workflow management, vendor negotiation, cost control, quality control, logistical coordination, print/photography purchasing, analog and digital technologies (television, interactive, print and film)

  • An ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment on a daily basis, collaborating with various teams to create the best work on behalf of our clients

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cutting edge and best-in-class industry talent: studio artists, photographers, retouching resources, freelance studio artists

  • Thorough understanding of production related costs and post-production related costs
