Eckhaus Latta is constantly pushing the boundaries of fashion, while consistently working within its traditional parameters — the best example of this can be witnessed in their conceptual and innovative presentations during New York Fashion Week. Debuting their S/S 14 collection at the Anthology Film Archives this past weekend, patrons watched their runway show from a live-telecast from Berlin, which appeared after a 15-minute prelude film shot by Alexa Karolinski.

Showcasing a range of putty-colored neutrals, punctuated by mesh textiles and a pop of iridescent sea foam — the models walked through a German supermarket parking lot with adorned post-apocalyptic grecian flip flops. More curious still were drinks served on the day for its guests, poured straight from a bottle, revealing blue champagne.
